Five Star Financial Corporation was founded in 1994, by Steve A. Winter, and has grown into one of Ohio's premier mortgage companies, specializes in high-end residential, construction, and commercial loans.
Steve is a graduate of the University of California Los Angeles with a degree in Business and Economics.
Three years after graduation, Steve moved back to Cincinnati and started buying, selling and rehabilitating properties. During this same time period, he worked for Camden Homes as a cost estimator/field supervisor. Camden Homes Specializes in high-end residential housing ranging from $650,000-$10,000,000 and up.
Steve holds all licenses with the State of Ohio and has the capabilities of lending and servicing loans in all 50 states. Steve Winter has been married for the last 16 years to his wife Sarah and has two children, Stevie and Ali.
